Orders are received from clients via USSD and Call centre. The orders get automatically allocated to the delivery executives based on the location. The Customers track orders with SMS. The Delivery executives trace the client location using Google Maps on their Mobile App. They deliver the orders and execute delivery confirmations. This send auto invoice to Customers by email and SMS.

The customers (Branches and Distributors) of EXCEL are managed in this system. The Pricing and discount matrix are automatized in the system. The various different types of the user of customer place orders from their portal. The orders are received and processed dynamically in the head office. The flow of orders is between 2000 to 4000 orders per day. The Airtime is transferred to the customers based on the order quantity for various different telecoms. The stock of the Airtime with each telecom is managed in the system. Various reports from the business intelligence of the system validates the stock and sale of airtime with telecoms and customers.

Customers can raise queries on orders which are resolved online with thread of requests and responses.  
The system also manages the financials with invoices and credit notes.

Ooze has various front ends for its different customers, like Subdealers, Retailers and end customers. Ooze website and Mobile Applications caters to end customers who can create their profile on the website and but any product online.

Ooze Vendor Apps allows the retailers to sell these products to end users in Pinless method.

Ooze also provides API to various other service providers to sell these product using their own system as Ooze acts as a Aggregator in these cases.

The portal is integrated with the Central ERP system and linked with each store with Web services.

The daily cashup and deposits done in each store are recorded and webservices push that data to the portal. The portal reconcile and data and push the desired financial reports to the ERP system.

This Ecommerce website serves to manage the catalogue of more than 1000 SKUs and syncs with their POS system. The Delivery agents are equipped with a Mobile App which helps them to check the deliveries allocated to them and they can confirm the deliveries on successful completions.

Starts from online application by parents and tracking their applications online. The students and teachers are manged in the system and complete log of them are available in the system including, courses done , assessments, attendance, achievements, logs etc.

The timetable for each class is manged from the system and available to teachers students and parents from their portals. The attendance of the student is taken using mobile phone or laptop and attendance register is populated automatically. The absent students parents are notified if the student is marked absent. The examinations are managed via system with publication of exam time table. The teachers add the assessment marks for students and the academic admin publish the results on completion of marks entry. The Report cards and Grade books are automatically generated and made available to students and parents via their portal.

The system also provide the full fledged library , Hostel and transport management.

There is a building communication tool in the system which replaces the school emails.

The visitor tracking system comprises of 2 components viz. The Backend panel to set up the users, offices and entry locations.

The tracking is done using a desktop application and/or Mobile Application.

The visitors are recorded in the system along with their cell number and temperature.

Once the visit of a visitors is recorded in the system, next time the visitor is recognised with the cell number. Only the temperature is to be recorded in that case and the visit is recorded.

All the visitors and visits data is available on the backend system and various reports are generated for future purposes.

The opportunities and sales pipeline is generated automatically. CRM provides multiple dashboards, reports , workflows and automated tasks and reporting. All the customers history is cultivated in the CRM and all the quotation are generated and tracked using this it.

The CRM is serving as a backbone software for Apex media to manage its sales, marketing and quotations.

The clinic is involved in Audiology therapy. The system automates all the processes of the clinic. The patients parents can apply for treatments online and a new portfolio is created. The Parents can fill in all the details of the patient along with the previous history online using a authorized portal and access control. The doctors get all the previous details of the patient and they plan for the treatment sessions. This is communicated to the customers. 

Each session includes recording of all the processes and therapy results along with time spent. The invoices are generated based on the sessions and therapy.

The complete history of the patient is available in the system and can be reused for further treatments, if required.

Adansonia have multiple hotels around Botswana in cities like Gaborone , Maun and Francistown. This website allows the customer to search for rooms based on their requirements. The website produce the results of available rooms in the selected city of by the customer. The customer can choose the room, select the hotel extras which are per night or once off and than move ahead. 

The system recognizes the returning customer and pre populate their details. The customer can apply the discount coupon if he is supplied with one and than choose to pay on arrival or by credit card.

On successful payment, the system generates a booking voucher and emails to the customer. The corresponding hotel is notified about the new booking.

The admin staff can list the booking , create discount coupons, set the room rates for each room type based on date range ,day of the week or by occupancy.. The admin can list all the active bookings and can also cancel the booking which notifies the customer. The calendar view show the whole hotel availability to for logistics purposes. The admin can also block the rooms for specific date ranges.
